I have to say that if you want to sear meat completely the Argentine grilling method is superior. I have been to Buenos Aires multiple times and I am married to an Argentineyou simply cannot buy a better woodfired grill in my honest opinion. Spread the word because these guys are for real and their 1904 pits are a lifetime grill. Ive cooked chickens, brats, full strip and rib loins as well as beef ribs and a baconwrapped filet. All are seared to perfection. The lined grill with fire brick is the 1 way to grill. ”

“ Wow what a store!!! If you like to BBQ, this store is the Mecca of BBQ in STL. They have puts, smokers i.e. including Yoder and Rec Tech , flat tops, cuts of meat, umteen woods varieties, any kind of seasonings you might want, tools you didnt know where to get and some you didnt know you needed. If you plan on stopping by, carve out AT LEAST 30 mins of time and thats not long enough. The employees are very knowledgeable, super friendly, not nose on the air snootie types. They are laid back and you can tell they care about their customers. I cannot say enough good things about this place. ”
